Returns & Exchanges

At CC Military Surplus, Inc., we want you to be fully satisfied with your tactical gear and apparel; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unworn condition with all authentic military or brand tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or use our guest return tool to enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your order quickly.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our inspection team verifies the condition of the returned surplus, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange size within 5-7 business days.
